  • 1 Litre organic beef stock optional

• Condiments

  • 1 Worcestershire sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 heaped tbsp Plain flour

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Olive oil

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 275 ml Porter or red wine
