Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup

  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 1/2 Onion, small
  • 2 cups Potatoes
  • 1 16 oz can Tomatoes

  • 24 oz Cheddar
  • 2 cups Heavy cream

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• ½ cup shredded carrots
• 2 cups cubed potatoes
• 16 oz can diced tomatoes
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 16 oz cheddar cheese
• 8 oz american cheese
• ½ small onion diced

Directions

• Place your Instant pot on saute. add ground beef and cook till brown and crumbled. Drain grease. Add in chicken broth and veggies. Place pot on Manual High pressure for 30 minutes. Do a quick release. Stir in heavy cream and cheese. Serve and enjoy!
