Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Veggies & Pasta

  • 3 Garlic cloves

Ingredients

• 16 oz Cut Ziti pasta
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup milk or heavy cream
• 2 cups chopped zucchini
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 cup white wine
• 2 cups chicken broth

Directions

• Place pasta, veggies and garlic in the Instant pot. Pour in your white wine and chicken broth. Place your pressure cooker on manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Do a quick release. You may need to put a damp dish towel over the valve if water spurts out. Stir your pasta and veggies and add in your heavy cream. Place your pot on saute and stir in cheese. keep on saute until cheese is melted and your sauce thickens about 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
