Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, baked and skins removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup milk (I used whole)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 TBSP dried basil
  • 1 TBSP dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat together the cooked potatoes and cream cheese until smooth, adding the milk as you go.
  • Beat in the spices and herbs and then stir in the cheese.
  • Pour into an oven proof dish, cover, and bake for 20 minutes
