Ingredients

• 1 cup dry white wine
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 oz swiss cheese, shredded
• 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 2 tablespoons flour
• ½ lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 4 oz jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped
• warm pretzel bread for serving

Directions

• Simmer wine, garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
• Toss all shredded cheeses with flour. Add Cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.
• Stir in remaining ingredients (except bread). Serve warm with bread for dipping.
