Keto Hot Chocolate

  • 1 cup Tinned coconut milk

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond milk or milk
  • 1/2 cup Cream

  • 2 tbsp Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetner of Choice (I used Stevia

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon Cacao
• 1 Tablespoon Sweetner of Choice (I used Stevia)
• 2 Tablespoons Boiling Water
• 1.5 Cups Almond Milk or milk of choice
• 1/2 Cup Cream
• 1 Cup Tinned Coconut Milk

Directions

• In a small saucepan, dissolve the cacao and sweetener in the boiling water. Stir to combine.
• Add the almond milk, cream and coconut milk and mix well.
• Place the saucepan onto low-medium heat and cook until the hot chocolate just reaches simmering point, you dont want it to boil.
• Pour into two mugs. Enjoy as is or topped with freshly whipped cream.
