  • 6 oz Glazed cherries, green
  • 6 oz Glazed cherries, red
  • 3/4 lb Glazed fruit, mixed
  • 4 oz Glazed pineapple rings
  • 1 lb Golden sultana raisins
  • 2 tsp Lemon rind
  • 2 tsp Orange rind
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple

• Refrigerated

  • 5 Eggs, large

• Condiments

  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• Baking & Spices

  • 3 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Almond flavoring
  • 1 tsp Lemon flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla, pure
  • 1 1/2 cup White sugar

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 3/4 cup Coconut, Flaked

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 Brandy for brushing on cake as it ages and for soaking cheesecloth in which to wrap the cake

  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
