  • 1/2 Recipe yellow cake

  • 4 tbsp Instant coffee granules

  • 1 cup ganache
  • 1 Recipe american buttercream

Description

Ingredients

• ½ Recipe Chocolate Buttermilk Cake
• ½ Recipe Yellow Cake
• 1 recipe American Buttercream
• 4 tablespoons instant coffee granules (16g)
• 2 Tablespoons water (30ml)
• 1 cup Ganache

Directions

• Mix the instant coffee with the water to make a smooth paste.
• Add to the buttercream at the last stage of mixing along with the semi melted (but cooled) ganache.
• Assemble the cake as shown in the video
