Mojito Key Lime Pie

  • 3/4 cups Key lime, juice
  • 1 heaped tbsp Key lime, zest
  • 1 sprig Mint, fresh

  • 1 Graham cracker crust

  • 3 cups Condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 fl oz Rum, White

• 1 Graham Cracker Crust
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 3 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 sprig Fresh Mint
• 2fl oz White Rum
• 3/4 cups Key Lime Juice
• 1 heaped tablespoon Key Lime Zest

Directions

• Preheat your oven to 350.
• Brush the Graham Cracker Crust with Butter and Bake for 5 Minutes.
• Zest Your Key Limes and Add to a Large Bowl.
• Slice and Squeeze Limes to Gather 3/4 Cups of Juice. You can Squeeze the Limes into the Same Bowl. Be sure to Watch for Seeds.
• Add 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream & Mix Thoroughly.
• Add 3 Cups of Sweetened Condensed Milk & Mix.
• Finely Chip a Sprig of Fresh Mint & Add it to the Lime & Milk Mixture.
• Add a Double Shot of White Rum and Mix Thoroughly.
• Pour into Your Graham Cracker Crust & Smooth the Surface.
• Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until tiny bubbles start to rise from the pie.
• Top with fresh whipped cream.
