Mom's Broccoli Salad

• Meat

  • 1 cup Bacon

• Produce

  • 8 cups Broccoli florets, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/2 cup Red onion

• Condiments

  • 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise, real

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Salt & pepper

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp White vinegar

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds

• Other

  • 1/2 cup raisins or craisins

Directions

• Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl and set aside.
• In a smaller bowl, mix dressing ingredients together to combine. Pour over salad and toss. Serve or store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
• **I dont add these to my salad because I think they should be illegal in broccoli salads, but I know a lot of people do like them added in, so feel free to add it in.
