Ingredients

  • 1 can (15-ounce) butternut squash purée (about 1½ cups)
  • 2 medium cooked beets (about ½ pound), roughly chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 20 seconds. Check seasoning and adjust salt to taste.
  • Store in a glass container in the refrigerator and warm as needed before serving.
