Descrition: | I had planned to get this recipe up sooner than later. However the other week when I went to make it, all of the fruit was super mushy. That is not picture worthy at all. So that pushed back sharing this recipe a bit. I am pumped to at least have it ready a few days before 4th of July as it is a great treat you may want to share at your gathering to celebrate Independence Day. Do you remember when ready to go cookie dough started popping up on shelves in the grocery? We were blown away by how easy it was. How did we survive when we actually had to MAKE our own cookie dough?! Ha. And from this craze, came the fruit pizza made so easily with sugar cookie dough straight from the package! Well, the thing about pre-packaged cookie dough is lots of junk is added to preserve it. So let’s try something else for a change and use fresh, real ingredients!
