  • 1 1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates (about 15 dates)
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c dairy-free chocolate chips

Directions

  • Combine the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pulse for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Roll into 14 or 15 balls.
  • Roll each ball around in cocoa power. Tap off any extra cocoa.
  • Store in an airtight container up to two weeks.
