No Churn Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 cup Peanut butter cups, mini

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Sweetener

  • 2 cups Heavy cream

Description

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream (whole milk will work too, it just wont be as creamy)
• 1/2 cup sweetener of choice, I prefer honey or honey granules
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup mini peanut butter cups

Directions

• Put cream, chocolate, peanut butter and sugar in a blender
• Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute)
• Stir in peanut butter cups
• Pour in freezer safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours
• Scoop, serve, enjoy!
