Description

Ingredients

• 4 to 6 pieces of chicken (breast, things or legs)
• 4 medium baking potatoes, chunked
• ½ pound baby carrots
• 1 medium onion. chopped
• 10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• 2-4 tablespoons water
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• Place chicken in a large (5 or 6 qt.) slow cooker; arrange vegetables around chicken.
• In a bowl, stir together soup, garlic powder and enough water to make it pourable
• Spoon soup mixture over chicken and vegetables.
• Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 7 hours (use a meat thermometer to make sure not to over cook the chicken), stirring once after 4 hours if possible.
