No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread

Description

Ingredients

• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1.5 cups warm water
• 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
• 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
• 5-6 garlic cloves

Directions

• In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients then add water and mix until everything is incorporated. Cover with a towel and let rest overnight. In the morning, lightly flour the edges of the bowl and the bottom of a loaf pan. Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a loaf shape and add to the loaf pan. Cover with towel and let rise for at least another 2 hrs. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees and then bake 45 minutes until beautifully browned. Let cool and enjoy!
