Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients together and mix.
  • To make the overnight oats thinner (more liquid), add ¼ cup more of unsweetened almond milk. To make them thicker, omit the almond milk completely.
  • Place in jars and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, remove from refrigerator and enjoy!
