Olive & Celery Salad

  • 1 1/2 cups Celery hearts sliced-including those yummy

• Produce

  • 1 Green onion
  • 1/2 tsp Of parsley

• Condiments

  • 1 1/2 cups Green olives

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 S & p

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp Garlic vinegar, red
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin

• Tools & Equipment

  • 3 tbsp Olive juice from jar

Directions

• Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and serve with crusty Italian bread. Also wonderful as a side salad with tuna salad, tomato pasta dishes, anything really!
