Olive Garden Salad

• Produce

  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 3 Pepperoncini, mild
  • 1/2 cup Radicchio
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Tomato, medium

• Condiments

  • 1 Black olives
  • 2 tbsp Hellmans canola mayo
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup White vinegar

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 Croutons

• Dairy

  • 1 Cheese if desired
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Pecorino romano cheese, grated

Directions

• For salad, combine ingredients in order in large bowl. For dressing, combine ingredients in a medium sized jar, or bowl with a lid. Shake well and poor over salad right before serving. Mix salad up gently. We eat this with a side of crusty bread. Yum!!
