Ingredients

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 c. powered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 Tablespoons butter (softened)
• 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 1-3 Tablespoons orange juice

Directions

• Cream butter and sugar Add eggs & vanilla Alternately add sifted dry ingredients with sour cream, beginning and ending with dry ingredients Blend well Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While warm frost with Creamy Orange Frosting
• Combine sugar, vanilla, butter & orange rind. Blend a little at a time of the orange juice until you get a spreading consistency. You can always add more powered sugar if you get it too thin.
