Oreo dirt desserts or chocolate mint puddings

Ingredients

• Oreo cookies
• Angel delight or chocolate pudding mix.
• Sprigs of mint
• peppermint extract

Directions

• Mix up your choclate flavoured angel delight or pudding mix per the packet instructions. Ours was mixed with 300ml of milk and wisked.
• For mint chocolate flavour, add 3 drops of peppermint extract or one drop of peppermint essential oil. We only added mint to half the mixture.
• Pour into your containers -
• Place your packet of Oreo cookies into a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin. You do not need to separate them or eat the cream! We bashed till we had a mixture of fine crumbs and some larger ones.
• Pour on top of your pudding mixture.
• Cut a sprig of mint and add to the pots.
• Push the spoon into the pots and serve.
