    • 1 (20 oz. bag Hash, frozen browns
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
    • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Dairy

    • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

makes 12 hash brown cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 bunch of scallions, chopped (about 6)
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • ½ t. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. olive oil

Directions

  • Take all the ingredients and mix them together in a large bowl.
  • Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Fill with the hash brown mixture, your mixture should fill the pan.
  • Push the hash browns down into the cups with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
