  • 1/3 cup Hidden Valley Cucumber Ranch
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • fresh dill, chopped

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
  • Wash the zucchini and slice it into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  • Spread each side with a thin layer of Hidden Valley Cucumber Ranch, and lay them out on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Sprinkle each coin with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 475 degrees for about 15-16 minutes or until the tops are starting to brown.
