Description

The marinade for this dish makes the shrimp so flavorful, you wont even need a dipping sauce. Even those who claim they don’t like shellfish really dig this appetizer. —Kendra Doss, Colorado Springs, Colorado

I made these for an appetizer night and we love them. They were SO easy! Next time I will use fresh basil, as thats just a personal preference. This recipe is worth doubling.

Very good and easy

I made these for myself and being hungry i only marinated for half hour. The Italian seasoning and lemon were perfect with a slight hint of sweet. Yum, will definitely treat myself again

I made this yesterday for Christmas and literally within 20 min all 2 pounds of shrimp were gone!! My husband wants it again this week so Im going to try the other suggestions and put over pasta and add some roasted veggies. BTW I used cooked shrimp and marinated overnight. I took out of fridge an hour before I quick pan fried in sauce to warm. Not rubbery at all and since they were cooked I served toasted bread to dip into the sauce.

This is delicious and easy. I will definitely make again. And probably double it!

Had to adjust amts. to prepare 1- 1/2 lbs shrimp. Maybe I goofed. Marinated for little over an hour, all I could taste was the Italian seasoning. I want to taste shrimp. May try again, cutting waaay back on the seasoning.

Its sure is a party. It is perfect blend of sweet and tangy with just the right amount of spices that you will certainly enjoy. You my want to double the recipe as I made the full amount of marinade for just the 2 of us. I cannot wait to serve this recipe to my family. I am so happy to have found a new Marinated Shrimp Recipe. Its a keeper.JanieTaste of Home Volunteer Field Editor.

Like others, this shrimp needs no sauce. Both me and my husband loved it. Will be making again.

I only marinaded these for 20 minutes and they still turned out great! I cant imagine how good it would be with the full 2 hours! The caption at the top says it all - you dont need any sauce!I served these with rice and had it as a main meal instead of an appetizer - it would be good both ways. Here is my blog post on it: http://heatskitchen.com/2016/01/25/party-shrimp/

My grandkids loved this and was easy to prepare!
