Description

Ingredients

• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 Tazo Iced Passion Tea tea bag (or 5 regular size tea bags)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/3 cup Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet (or my sweetener blend)
• 7 tbsp gelatin (10 packets)

Directions

• Pour the boiling water over the tea bag in a large glass measuring cup. Steep for 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and sweetener. Slowly whisk in the gelatin until dissolved. The tea should be warm enough to dissolve the gelatin. If it is not you can microwave it to warm it up again. At this point I pour it through a mesh sieve to strain out any pieces of gelatin that didn’t dissolve. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate until firm.
