Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Premier Protein Chocolate or Vanilla Powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly coat your cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Mix together all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  • Roll 1-2 tbsp of dough into a ball and then flatten.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes, until cookies are golden brown.
  • Let cookie cool for 10-15 minutes.
