Peach and Basil Moscow Mule – A Vodka Cocktail

  • 1/3 cup Peaches

• Condiments

  • 1 oz Basil simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lime juice, fresh-squeezed

• Drinks

  • 4 oz Ginger beer

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 oz Vodka

Description

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup freshly diced peaches
• 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1 oz Basil Simple Syrup (see our Tangerine Basil for the simple syrup recipe)
• 2 oz Vodka
• 4-5 oz ginger beer

Directions

• Dice fresh peaches into small pieces and place into the bottom of a Moscow Mule Mug
• Add in Basil Simple Syrup and lime juice.
• Muddle the peaches until completely broken up.
• Add vodka.
• FIll the mug with crushed ice.
• Top with ginger beer.
• Garnish with a fresh peach slice and a basil leaf.
• Enjoy!
