Peanut Marshmallow Bars

  • 1 bag Peanut butter chips

  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup Butter

  • 3 cups Marshmallows, mini

  • 1 tbsp Water

Ingredients

• 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
• 3 TB vegetable oil
• 1 TB water
• 1 egg
• 3 cups mini marshmallows
• ⅔ cup light corn syrup
• ¼ cup butter
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips
• 2 cups crisp rice cereal
• 2 cups salted peanuts

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a large bowl combine cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 14 minutes.
• When done baking, sprinkle marshmallows over the crust and bake for 2 minutes more (marshmallows will begin to puff up).
• In a medium pot add corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips. Stir constantly on low heat until chips are melted.
• Stir cereal and nuts and stir until they are evenly coated.
• Immediately pour over marshmallow mixture and refrigerate for half hour.
• Cut and serve.
