• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
• 1 SaladSavors package (Gorgonzola, dried pear, toasted almonds)
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 egg, beaten

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay a piece of puff pastry on a floured work surface and roll slightly to remove the fold lines. Spread with honey. Sprinkle the DeLallo mixture over the puff pastry sheet. Roll tightly; brush the center fold of both puff pastry rolls with a beaten egg. Carefully slice each roll into 1/2-inch slices and lay them flat on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden; serve!
