Description

Makes one loaf (8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 in), 8 servings.

Ingredients

  • 12 large egg whites (396g)
  • 1 cup whole grain oat flour (120g)
  • ¼ cup whole psyllium husks (28g)
  • ¾ cup unflavored whey protein (70g)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (10ml)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (2.5ml)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper (unless using a silicone pan).
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Pour into pan and bake for about 40 minutes, until firm and bread is just beginning to brown.
  • Remove from oven, and let cool.
  • Slice and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
