Creamy and sweet. Crunchy and salty. Full of pumpkin spice flavor and studded with chocolate, pretzels, and sunflower seeds, this pumpkin spice bark is an easy treat to satisfy your pumpkin loving sweet tooth

Ingredients

  • 1- 24 oz package of Almond Bark
  • 1- 10 oz package Pumpkin Spice flavored baking chips
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup M and Ms
  • ⅔ cup crushed pretzel pieces

Directions

  • Cover a 9x13 baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Roughly chop the almond bark and place in a medium sized microwavable bowl.
  • On 50% power, melt the almond bark, removing every minute and a half to check and stir. It should take around 5-7 minutes to melt.
  • When the almond bark is melted smooth, set it aside.
  • Place the pumpkin chips in a smaller microwavable bowl and melt in the microwave on 50% power. It should take around 2 minutes, remove every minute to check and stir.
  • Return the almond bark to the microwave for another 30 seconds to ensure both the almond bark and pumpkin chips are warm and melted smooth.
  • Pour all but a few spoonfuls of the almond bark onto the baking sheet. Spread it evenly and smoothly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Pour the melted pumpkin spice chips over the top, again spreading it evenly and smoothly.
  • Drizzle the last few spoonfuls of almond bark over the top of the pumpkin layer and swirl with the tines of a fork if desired.
  • While the candy is still melty, sprinkle over the top of it the sunflower seeds, M and M candies, and the crushed pretzel pieces.
  • Press the larger pieces, like the M and Ms and the pretzels in a bit, so that they will be securely held by the almond bark and not fall off once it has set.
  • Place the baking sheet into the fridge and chill until hardened.
  • Break into pieces and serve.
  • Store in a cook dark place, will stay fresh longer if kept in the fridge.
