Raspberry Champagne Cocktail

  • 1/2 cup Rum, light

Ingredients

• 10 ounces frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
• 1/2 cup light rum
• 750 ml bottle of brut champagne
• 1 liter ginger ale
• mint, to garnish (optional)

Directions

• Place the slightly thawed raspberries in the bottom of a pitcher.
• Add the light rum champagne, and ginger to the pitcher and stir to combine.
• Place crushed ice into a cocktail glass, pour the cocktail and garnish each glass with fresh mint.
