Refreshing Watermelon Mimosa

  • 1 Lime (approx. 1/3 cup, juice of medium
  • 1 handful Mint, leaves
  • 1/2 Watermelon, medium

• Frozen

  • 1 Ice cubes or crushed ice to serve

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 bottle Prosecco or champagne

Ingredients

• 1/2 medium watermelon
• 1 bottle prosecco or champagne
• juice of one medium lime (approx. 1/3 cup)
• a handful of mint leaves
• ice cubes or crushed ice to serve

Directions

• Give the watermelon, mint and lime juice in a blender and blend up until smooth Give the ice into the glasses and fill up with the watermelon juice until the glass is half full Top up with prosecco and stir gently until combined
