Roast Beef Tortilla Roll Ups

  • 1/2 lb Deli roast beef

• Produce

  • 1/4 cup Green onion

• Condiments

  • 1 1/2 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Mustard, yellow

  • 3 Burrito size flour tortillas

  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Colby/jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup diced green onion
• 1½ teaspoon horseradish
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1 cup shredded colby/jack cheese
• ½ pound shaved deli roast beef
• 3 burrito size flour tortillas

Directions

• In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, horseradish, mustard and cheese.
• Spread ⅓ of the cream cheese mixture on one tortilla.
• Place ⅓ of roast beef on top of cream cheese mixture.
• Roll tortilla very tight and then wrap in cling wrap.
• Repeat process with other two tortillas.
• Put in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
• Cut into 1 inch slices with serrated knife.
