  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss cauliflower and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper.   Spread evenly on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; roast about 20 min until lightly browned and tender.  Remove from oven; add butter, almonds and cranberries. Stir to melt and incorporate butter. Adjust seasoning as desired.
