Ingredients

  • 3 medium Cincinnati radishes (or regular)
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz. Havarti cheese
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 Tbsp pine nuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Thinly slice the radishes.
  • Top each pita bread with olive oil, thin Havarti slices, arugula, radishes, and pine nuts. Bake for about 7-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
