    • 1 11oz. package Milk chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • Saltine crackers
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 11oz. package of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter
  • Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

  • Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooling spray. Line with saltine crackers. On your stovetop, melt the light brown sugar and butter until foamy. Pour over the crackers. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Once removed, immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let the chips soften and melt, then spread with a large baking scraper. Top with chopped pecans (optional). Refrigerate the entire jelly roll pan for about 2 hours, then break into pieces.
