Santa Legs "Oops" Cupcakes

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 box Cake mix
  • 4 cups Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil

• Snacks

  • 24 Pretzel rods broken in, half

• Dairy

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk

• Desserts

  • 1/2 cup Candy melts, Red
  • 1/2 cup Candy melts, Black

• Liquids

  • 1 cup Water

• Other

  • Wilton Star Tip

Ingredients

• 1 box Cake Mix
• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Water
• ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
• 24 Pretzel rods broken in half
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 cups confectioners sugar
• 2 tbsp milk
• ½ cup Red Candy Melts
• ½ cup Black Candy Melts
• Wilton Star Tip

Directions

• Make cupcakes according to directions.
• Let cool.
• In a large bowl, cream the butter and add vanilla.
• Mix in the sugar one cup at a time.
• Beat in the milk mixing until fluffy.
• Transfer icing to the corner of large size zipper bag, try to minimize trapped air and close. Clip a small piece off the corner to pipe. I use a Wilton Star Tip in a circular motion.
• Heat Red Candy Chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
• Heat Black Candy Chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
• Dip broken end of pretzel in red candy leaving about 1 inch on end.
• Place on wax paper and allow to dry.
• Dip uncoated end of pretzel in black candy.
• Place on wax paper and allow to dry.
• Ice the top of the cupcake.
• Place 2 coated pretzels in the top of each.
