Description

Ingredients

• 1 loaf french bread, sliced in to 1 pieces
• ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup bacon, cooked, crumbled or chopped into pieces
• ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
• ½ cup black olives, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Directions

• In a bowl, mix together ¼ cup olive oil, bacon, Parmesan cheese, black olives, garlic and basil. Set aside.
• Preheat oven to 375 and place french bread on a baking sheet. Lightly coat one side of the bread with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
• Top bread with topping and bake for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.
