Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 6 cups of rice krispies
• ½ cup chocolate chips
• ½ cup butterscotch chips

Directions

• While scotcheroos are no-bake, they do require heating for the purposes of melting. Start by combining the corn syrup and sugar over a medium heat till the sugar is completely dissolved.
• Remove from heat.
• Stir in peanut butter and then add rice krispies when peanut butter is completely melted and combined with sugar.
• Press the peanut butter rice krispies into a 13 X 9 pan.
• Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips and spread over the rice krispies.
