Description

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1cup instant oats
• ½ ripe banana
• ⅓ cup of milk
• ½ cup of flour (your choice as to what kind)
• ⅛ cup of instant rice

Directions

• Mash the banana in a bowl. One by one, add in all the other ingredients, mixing until well blended.
• Spread out the mix on a microwave-safe plate.
• Heat the mix in the microwave for about 3.5 minutes.
• Let cool.
• Cut into pieces, then serve. Store leftovers in an air-tight container.
