Sesame Pretzel Cookie Bites

Description

Ingredients

• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ⅓ cup Simply Sesame Pure Roasted Sesame
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup crushed pretzels
• ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
• Additional sesame seeds for sprinkling (if desired)
• Confectioners sugar for sprinkling (if desired)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
• Combine butter, sesame paste, sugar until smooth.
• Add flour and mix into a dough.
• Add pretzels and sesame seeds and mix gently.
• Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
• Sprinkle with sesame seeds and gently press them into each ball (optional).
• Bake for 30-35 minutes, until balls are slightly browned on the bottom.
• Cool completely.
• Sprinkle with confectioners sugar just prior to serving (optional).
