    • 3 cloves Garlic
    • 1 tsp Ginger

    • 1 tbsp Honey
    • 1/2 cup Soy sauce, low sodium

    • 3 cups Rice, cooked
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 3 tbsp Rice vinegar

Directions

  • Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes then spray with non stick cooking spray a large saute pan, preheat over medium high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides. and no longer pink inside.
  • In a small bowl mix brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until well combined.
  • Pour sauce mixture into pan with the chicken, stir well while simmering and cook until thickened. about 3-5 minutes.
  • To serve: Divide Cooked Rice and Steamed Broccoli and Teriyaki Chicken into 6 bowl or freezer containers. and serve immediately enjoy or freezer for meals ready to go for later.
