  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary (see note)
  • 2 tablespoons dried marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons dried savory
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 4 tablespoons toasted carob powder which you can buy from amazon.com or amazon.ca
  • 2 tablespoons powdered turmeric

  • 2 teaspoons dried dill

Directions

  • 1.For each blend combine the spices and herbs, mix well and store in airtight containers.
  • 2. use a spice grinder (buy from amazon.ca or amazon.com or dedicated coffee grinder to powder all the spices and herbs for Food to Heal Ourselves poultry seasoning.
  • 3. if desired for Food to Heal Ourselves Italian Seasoning use a spice grinder to partially grind rosemary and thyme and then add to the rest of the herbs.
