    • 1 container Creamsicle lite yogurt, orange

Directions

  • The night before making the smoothie, remove the banana peel and slice into large coins. Freeze the banana.
  • With the frozen banana, combine all of the ingredients in a large food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  • cup of ice will make a larger/thicker smoothie than 1/2 cup ice. However, I prefer 1/2 cup for a less icy taste.
