Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup Strong coffee
  • ⅔ cup low fat milk of choice
  • 1 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder (to taste)
  • 2-4 pkt sweetener of choice to taste
  • 1-2 drops Peppermint extract

Directions

  • Start by brewing your coffee. You will want a strong coffee, like an Espresso roast for a latte taste. Next layer your drink as follows: cocoa powder and sweetener on bottom. Pour hot coffee on top and stir. Next, add in peppermint extract and milk.
  • Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if you wish.
