Slow Cooker Garlic Potatoes

  • 20 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 1/2 lb Potatoes, mini
  • 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh

• Canned Goods

  • 1 Chicken bouillon cube

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Salt & pepper

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Cooking spray

• Liquids

  • 1/8 cup Water

Ingredients

• Cooking spray
• 1 1/2 lb mini potatoes
• 20 cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/8 cup water
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme
• salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

• Grease a 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add in chicken bouillon cube, lemon juice and water. Top with onions. Add in potatoes, garlic, fresh thyme and salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve hot.
