Smoked Sausage and Potato Casserole in the Crock Pot

Ingredients

• 32 ounce bag of country style hash browns (cubed style), Defrosted
• 1 package rope smoked sausage, diced up
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup water
• 1 Tablespoon onion powder
• 2-3 cups of shredded cheese

Directions

• In a small bowl mix your cream of chicken soup, water and onion powder together by hand and set aside. Dice your smoked sausage up into small pieces. Lightly grease your slow cooker with cooking spray. Place your hash browns, smoked sausage and cheese into the slow cooker. Pour the soup mixture over the other ingredients and stir it all together. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on high for about 2.5 to 3 hours or until the potatoes are soft and the smoked sausage is hot.
