Snickers Brownie Bites

  • 1 1/4 cup Peanuts, salted

  • 1 jar Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup Peanut butter, creamy

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 box Brownie mix
  • 1 pkg Kraft caramels

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1/2 pkg Chocolate almond bark

Ingredients

• 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients on back of box
• 1 jar marshmallow fluff
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 pkg Kraft caramels, unwrapped
• 1-1/4 cup salted peanuts
• 1/2 pkg chocolate almond bark

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and pour into the prepared pan. Bake according to package instructions. Cool completely
• In a medium bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter well. Spread the mixture over the top of the cooled brownies in an even layer
• Top nougat layer with the salted peanuts
• Melt the caramels according to the package instructions. Spread the caramel on top of the peanuts evenly. Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
• Melt the almond bark according to package directions. Using a sharp knife sprayed with cooking spray {or a plastic knife}, cut the brownies into 1-2 sized squares. Dip the tops of the brownies in the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place on a baking sheet to set
• Repeat until all the bites have been coated
