Sparkling Pear and Pomegranate Sangria

  • 2 Pears
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate arils

• Drinks

  • 1/2 cup Club soda

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 bottle Sparkling wine

• Other

  • 1 bottle Pinot grigio
  • 1/2 cup St. germain

Directions

• In a large pitcher, combine pear slices, pomegranate, St. Germain and pinot grigio. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to let the fruit soak and flavors blend.
• Before serving, pour in sparkling wine and club soda (if you prefer a lighter flavor). Serve over ice with plenty of soaked fruit. Cheers!
